Gunner has been limping for a few days so we finally decided to check out his paws and see what was going on. We thought maybe he just sprained something but after some treats and checking, turns out he has a sore between his toes.
So, being safe than sorry....Kirby took Gunner in to the Vet to get it checked out.
As he was sitting there waiting to be seen, the Vet Tech said to Kirby,
"You and Gunner really look alike."
So, the other day I was taking Raider for a walk and realized that the Vet Tech had hit the nail on the head....
Gunner and Kirby are sooooo much alike!
The both want to be out in the open, hunting, looking for birds, being one with nature.
They both have the love and attention of this little boy.
The orange goatee and the orange fur is a gimme.
The need to be out on the water....they both are excellent swimmers and Kirby loves to fish.
They both are barrel chested.
They both are snugglers.
They both say alot with their eyes.
They both are protective(you should see Gunner go after someone that dares to walk on HIS street)
They both are loving.
So, the final vote is in.....
Kirby and Gunner win the contest for pet/owner most like each other in looks and personality.
Next up....how Raider and I are very similar...
