Exercise.

Just an update on our round 2 of P90x for today's post.

*It's much easier to stay in shape then it is to take a few weeks/months off and then try to get back in shape.  I have finally learned this lesson.  You see, after we finished round 1 of P90X last June, summer came and I attempted to stay strong with doing Insanity but eventually time gave away to time to the pool and summer fun.  Every workout I do, I find myself saying, "I remember this workout being much easier........"

*This round however, is somewhat familiar and comfortable with knowing what to do and weight amounts, etc. I'm finding that I can zip through a DVD faster and therefore getting my workout done so I can move onto other things.

*I'm sore. I was so sore last week that I couldn't move my legs to kick Gunner of the bed in the middle of the night.

*We have created a basement workout center and purchased new weights. Working out downstairs has been a great thing as it separates us from the upstairs activities and interruptions that we might be tempted to do or take care of. 

*Some of our DVDs got scratched  so we are forced to use the other cardio workouts we didn't do as much last time. Which is good and provides a new variety.

*Most importantly, we are exercising and feeling good about ourselves again.

So a little behind on my blog reading but wanted to tell you that I am inspired by your working out posts. I need to get moving and need to find something I can really stick too! Slowly but surely I will make this change!
