First days.....

We all made it through the first day of school.

Emma was so excited to be going to school all day.

Gunner was excited to have his choice of which bed to lay on without any disruptions for the whole day.

Logan was full of "I don't wanna..." this morning.

I don't wanna wear that shirt.

I don't wanna wear these pants.

I don't wanna wear a jacket.

I don't wanna take a picture.

And, I don't wanna carry my backpack.

Thankfully, he did go to his first day of preschool and had a blast.

I, on the other hand, was exhausted by the time I got to work as I already had fought the good fight with a 3 almost 4 year old.

Then there is the 8th grader who is now too cool for school. No excitement for this kid. Just ready to get another year under his belt and start his sport seasons again.

                                  And even Mr. Kirby survived his 10th first day of school.
