This blog-a-thon is starting to wear me down.....the creative juices aren't flowing as freely as before and well, I'm kind of tired of reading what I type :) But-only 3 days left and I have blogged everyday! Some were short and sweet I admit, but still the effort was put forth....
With that being said, I was a little stumped on what to blog about today.
So, I am stealing an idea from another blog who dedicates her Wednesday blogging to all the nice things about her husband.
I am putting my best foot forward and will write some nice things about my husband, Kirby......
(Kirby just fell on the floor after reading that last sentence.....it's okay honey, you can get up)
(Oh, it's not that I'm mean, it's just that Kirby doesn't always appreciate my sarcastic love as I like to call it)
Kirby is a great Dad. He's really good about playing and wrestling and getting dirty with them all. It's not easy being a teacher to elementary kids and then coming home to more kids but he does it with ease.
Kirby is not afraid to tell and show the whole world that he loves me and his kids. For being a marine, he is not afraid to cry right along side all of us when Buzz, Woody, and the gang were headed toward the incinerator on Toy Story 3. Not all men are that confident to show their feeling like that. :)
Kirby is a very passionate teacher and coach. He really cares about each and every one of the kids he teaches/coaches. He tries his best to challenge them, teach them discipline, and help them get ready for the life ahead of him. You won't see many other teachers using their students as bazookas during a WW2 history lesson.
Kirby is the type of friend that anyone would be lucky to have. He would do anything for you if you asked him too. He does the same for me as well.
Kirby is a simple man and one of his favorite songs is by Lynyrd Skynyrd that talks about being a simple kind of man. For me, he is the one that grounds me when I'm all over the place with crazy ideas and wanting/trying to do it all. He settles me down and makes me realize that life doesn't have to be complicated.
Who loves ya babe? I do.

"Oh, take your time, don't live too fast
Troubles will come and they will pass
You'll find a woman and you'll find love
And don't forget son, there is a someone up above..."
This is a bit out of character for Michele. Its not even close to Xmas, her birthday or Valentine's Day... and I haven't seen any recent advertisements for Puppies in our area....hmmmmm - maybe she likes me?
