We are almost to the end of P90x. Day 88 to be exact.....
Did you know that I can do push ups like it was easy?
Did you know that I can do one handed push ups?
Did you know that I can almost see my abs after giving birth to 3 children?
Did I tell you that I purchased Insanity as my summer workout?
Kirby just shakes his head at me and says, "What did I get myself into?"

Congratulations, and good idea to go for some insanity. Hot Wife and I are on P90X Round Two, and although we're halfway through, it has become a bit of a drag. We need a change too, and Insanity is next on our list as well.
I'll be tuning in to get the lowdown on how insane it really is.
In the meantime, congratulations for sticking with it. Completely worth it in the end.
And how did it go for Mr. Kirby?

I must confess I have not ended the race as strong as I intended. I have let my pea sized brain get the best of me a few times over this last phase - times when I should have used Tony H. as my psychotherapist, I instead tuned him out. There has been a few personal issues for us and I used those as an excuse to be complacent with the program....
That being said, I have changed some old habits. I have DROPPED 18 pounds! (224-206) I feel good and won't be embarrassed to shed my shirt at the pool this summer. Never realized how much of those 18 pounds showed in my face!
My wife is officially an "ass kicker" - Tea' Leone has got nothing on her. - I guess I'll be throwing down some Insanity too... haven't seen 2 Hundo since the 5 night a week hockey days back in college... maybe it's in the cards.
